Dr. Don Cole
Beginning Sunday, February 8, Dr. Don Cole will serve First Baptist Church, Pryor as our intentional interim. He will walk our church through the process of looking for our next pastor.
Don and Sharon Cole have been married for 55 years. They have three children and 7 grandchildren.
Don has been in ministry for the past 55 years. He has served in a variety of church positions in Oklahoma and Texas. He served as the Minister of Music and Youth at FBC Durant, Oklahoma. He served as the Minister of Education and Evangelism at FBC Duncan, Oklahoma. And he served as the pastor at FBC Seagoville, Texas.
Don and Sharon served as missionaries for 11 years in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Don graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma with his Bachelor's degree.
He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas with his Master's degree.
And he graduated from Luther Rice Seminary with his Doctor of Ministry degree.
